INNER REFRAME
ABOUT Inner Reframe
About Inner Reframe
Change becomes possible when the conflict beneath the pattern begins to make sense.
You may already understand what you want to change and still find yourself repeating the same emotional patterns.
Inner Reframe is based on the idea that this does not necessarily mean you lack motivation, discipline or self-awareness. Often, different parts of you are trying to meet different emotional needs—one may want change, while another is trying to protect you from risk, rejection or pain.
Rather than focusing only on what you should do differently, this work explores the feelings, beliefs and internal conflicts beneath the pattern.
The Inner Reframe approach
The work brings together NLP, parts-based exploration and trauma-informed insight to help you understand the deeper emotional dynamics shaping your experiences.
Together, we may explore:
subconscious beliefs about yourself, relationships and what is possible for you;
conflicting emotional needs and protective parts;
patterns affecting your self-worth and confidence;
fears, expectations and past experiences influencing the present;
the deeper reasons certain changes feel difficult, even when you consciously want them.
The aim is not to tell you what to think or push you towards a predetermined outcome. It is to help you create greater clarity, internal safety and alignment, so your feelings, beliefs, self-worth and confidence can begin to shift.
Why this work goes deeper
Traditional coaching often focuses on goals, action plans, habits and accountability. These can be valuable, but they may not resolve the internal conflict beneath a recurring pattern.
Inner Reframe begins by asking:
What is happening underneath this difficulty?
By understanding the emotional meaning and protective purpose behind a pattern, it becomes possible to work with yourself rather than repeatedly feeling blocked by yourself.
This approach may be helpful if you:
keep repeating emotional or relationship patterns you want to understand;
struggle with beliefs affecting your confidence or self-worth;
feel torn between what you consciously want and what feels emotionally safe;
find that insight and positive thinking have not created the change you expected;
want to explore what lies beneath recurring fears, doubts or internal conflict.
You do not need to arrive with everything understood. The work is designed to help make sense of what currently feels confusing or difficult to shift.
That final line directly resolves your concern about appearing to require self-awareness.
About Ana
I am Ana Martin, a transformational life coach, Certified NLP Master Practitioner and lawyer.
Before dedicating myself fully to Inner Reframe, I spent nearly 15 years building a career as a lawyer and legal manager.
Alongside my legal career, I trained in coaching and NLP, began working with clients and gradually developed the Inner Reframe approach. I have been certified in NLP since 2007 and am a member of ANLP. Over time, it became clear that this was the work I wanted to devote myself to fully.
My interest in emotional patterns grew from recognising that insight alone does not always create change. A person can understand themselves extremely well and still feel caught between competing feelings, beliefs and needs.
I have a deep passion for helping people create meaningful change. I believe everyone should be able to shape their life around who they truly are, rather than continue repeating patterns learned through their upbringing.
This led me towards a deeper, integrative approach that combines analytical clarity with compassion, curiosity and respect for the protective parts of each person.
My role is to help you understand what is happening within you, uncover what may be keeping certain patterns in place and support you in creating a life that feels more secure, authentic and aligned with who you are.
